Commercial Properties (Sumner High School)

 2023 - HB 325/SB 484 is designed to help potential real estate buyers be aware of the potential flood risks to the property they are planning to purchase prior to closing of a real estate contract. Sellers will be required to provide certain information that will need to be disclosed prior to closing. The students from Sumner High School in Riverview, Florida are currently considering amending the bill to also include rental properties and commercial leases.
